Company Background
Rose Auction was originally founded by David Rose, an entreprenurer from Toledo, Ohio. He created a nationally known real estate auction company that would be passed down for generations.
Today, Rose Auction Group continues to be family-owned and operated. The President and CEO, Beth Rose, has been practicing for more than 24 years. She also has three sisters in the business including, Pamela Rose, Dawn Rose, and Karen Rose.
In recent years, Rose Auction Group has expanded their business to provide full-time services as a Florida auction company. The auction company is based out of Naples, Florida. With the Mid-West influence of buyers in Florida, this was a natural move of expansion. Some of the largest numbers of travelers during the winter season come from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois.
Since the strategic target market of Florida buyers comes from the Mid-West, Rose Auction Group has been very successful as a leading Florida auction company throughout the entire state. Many Mid-West buyers are familiar with the auction process and familiar with our brand. This marketing tool is very effective when buyers can associate a familiar auction company when buying real estate in Florida.
Rose Auction Group has worked with a wide variety of sellers in Florida who were looking for an aggressive means of selling their assets. Working with builders and develops in the New Smyrna Beach/Orlando market to private sellers in the Naples market; all of which were looking for an effective way to maximize price.
With this much experience, our project team consists of specialists with extensive knowledge in every aspect of asset marketing, management and liquidation.
